We want you to love your Princess Polly fit, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit to shop for something new.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
